Confidence to Be

Merz Aesthetics has a strong legacy since our founding in 1908 by Friedrich Merz. We find confidence in our unique ability to connect with customers on a personal level. Our legacy makes up our DNA and it shows in the work we do, along with the bond we have among our team. Since 1908, our goal has been to enable people to find the Confidence to Be themselves, and we continue to work towards that goal 113 years later.

What Confidence Means to Us

When you have confidence, you can't help but spark it in others. What gives some of our Merz Aesthetics leaders their “spark”? Watch the video to find out.

At Merz Aesthetics, we exist to fuel confidence by helping people look better, feel better and live better. It's at the core of everything we do and is reflected in our innovative, entrepreneurial employees, the relationships and supoort we provide our customers and the confidence inspired in the patients they treat. Every person has a unique and authentic beauty. Through our Confidence to Be platform, we want to empower people to be their best selves and pursue the opportunities that enrich their lives.

We asked our Merz Aesthetics colleagues around the world what gives each of them confidence – and they delivered! We compiled answers by region and used them to inspire local artists to create four one-of-a-kind art pieces, one of which will be displayed at each of our headquarter locations around the world.
